Voting in Nigeria at the times of election have become so sophisticated and its usually rigged. INEC as the curse of electoral lapses in the electoral system. Independent national electoral commission is organizing the voters register, which is the national body. The state independent electoral commission must depend on INEC for their voter’s register. The current system of provided by independent national commission was insufficient in several aspects. I. The state independent electoral commission must depend on INEC for their voter’s register. II. The major problem with the current system is that it involves many manual operations, which are prone to errors and usually slow. III. The system had no much space for the disabled to vote free and peacefully.
