EFFECT OF LIFE SKILLS ON THEIR DECISION MAKING

The present study was carried out to investigate the impact of life skills on decision-making. A sample of 100 undergraduate female students from the Sonipat district in Haryana was selected by using a stratified random sampling technique. The life skills and decision-making were measured by using the Life Skills Scale of Nair A.R.K. Suhasree R, Ranjan Sunitha, and the Decision-making scale by Dr. Sarla Rani and Ms. Sonu Rani. After the data analysis, the result showed a positive correlation between life skills and decision-making of undergraduate students. It was also found that there was no significant difference between life skills and decision-making of rural and urban female students and also that there was no significant difference between life skills and decision-making of government and private female students.
