TRANSFORMATION OF JALALUDDIN RUMI FROM A COMMON MAN TO A PARAMOUNT OF WORLD LITERATURE: AN ANALYSIS

Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi a world immortal figure from East to West, his literature not only enjoyed by common man manifested the path of Love, Divinity and Peace. In accordance to Sufism, a branch of devotion, a style of dedication and above all complete surrounding in front of Supreme, who is the utmost reality of life. Rumi turned this path easy for everyone and his masterpiece Mathnawi achieved the grandeur position of Quranic Persian language that was a hellacious and arduous task. To some extent from the beginning till now it shows across the whole humanity with the equitable path to move on for gaining irenic and solace. The purpose of this paper is to dig out the channel from a common man and emerge out to Rumi as a sermonizer. Rumi’s Literature crossed the boundaries and it was through his endeavor showered a communiqué of love, aspiration, fellowship, peace and tranquility to the rest of the world. He was a cherry-picked child of God. Due to political disturbance, his family was forced to leave their native land and journeyed from one place to another for survival. Through this Rumi learnt real life lessons and his father was a Sufi which helped Rumi in becoming a pious soul. Notwithstanding the fact that meeting of Shams-i-Tabrizi a dervish, a Spiritual mentor completely swerving Rumi. A common man achieved a supreme stage of Whirling Dance while lifting his both hands towards sky later on metamorphosed as a brawny symbol of devotion. Rumi just like a northern star is fixed at one point from centuries in the same direction his literature embellished the whole sphere. Henceforth, Rumi itself a long saga of devotion, enthusiasm and ascertainment while walking on the path of Sufism transpired him to a paramount figure in this new-fangled Age.
