IMPLEMENTATION OF REAL-TIME DATA MONITORING IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Supply chain management has become increasingly complex in today's fast-paced business environment, with companies facing challenges such as globalization, increased competition, and rapidly changing customer demands. To address these challenges, organizations are turning to real-time data monitoring as a means of enhancing visibility, agility, and efficiency throughout their supply chains. This article explores the implementation of real-time data monitoring in supply chain management, examining its benefits, challenges, and best practices. The study investigates how real-time data monitoring can improve decision-making, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information on inventory levels, shipment status, and supply chain performance. The findings of this research highlight the importance of integrating real-time data monitoring with existing supply chain management systems and the need for a skilled workforce capable of analyzing and interpreting the vast amounts of data generated by these systems. The article concludes by providing recommendations for organizations looking to implement real-time data monitoring in their supply chain management practices.
